In light of the continuing COVID public health crisis, and the subsequent postponement of the next IS Rivers conference, we have decided to also  postpone this year’s session. The next offering is now expected to take place in the week immediately before or after the next IS Rivers conference, likely in June 2022. We very much regret having to postpone the course, but there is much uncertainty about the prospects of holding it any sooner. Thank you for your understanding, and please do not hesitate to contact us as needed.

The course fee includes daily shuttles, field trip transportation, two textbooks and extended course materials, daily coffee breaks and lunches, a reception/dinner Sunday, and two home-cooked dinners at the Institute with tastings of fine wines from the region.

Lodging (not included in fee):
A variety of lodging options are available in Malaucene at reasonable rates, accessible via our convenient shuttle, by bicycle, or by car. See the Lodging page for a partial listing of lodgings in Malaucene and the nearby valley. Our daily shuttle will bring you from the center of town (Cours des Isnards) to the course site in Les Alazards, and back, each day.
